The Jannah Way
How We Select the Rice
Not all Indian rice is equal and at Jannah, we have built our entire reputation on selecting only the finest. Our procurement team travels directly to AGMARK certified farms across Punjab, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh every harvest season, personally inspecting paddy for grain length, natural aroma, moisture content, and chemical residue before a single kilogram is purchased or processed at our FSSAI and ISO 22000 certified facility.
Every variety we supply across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman whether premium aged Basmati, Sona Masoori, or IR64 has been personally sourced, inspected, and approved before it leaves India. That is the Jannah standard, on every single shipment.
From Indian Rice Farms to Gulf Shelves
From paddy procurement across India’s finest rice growing regions to milling, grading, hygienic packaging, and export shipping every step of the Jannah supply chain is monitored, documented, and certified.
We provide complete GCC export documentation on every shipment including phytosanitary certificates, certificate of analysis, halal certification, and full compliance with UAE ESMA, Saudi SASO, and GSO food import standards so your stock clears customs and reaches Gulf shelves without delays.
The Jannah Manifesto
At Jannah Rice, we hold ourselves to a single standard every grain we export must be something we are proud to put our name on. That means sourcing only from responsible Indian farms, processing in certified facilities, and shipping with full transparency to our GCC partners. We do not cut corners on quality, certification, or compliance because the families, restaurants, and businesses across the Gulf who depend on our rice deserve nothing less than the best.
No Harmful Pesticides
All Jannah rice is tested for pesticide and chemical residue compliance against EU MRL standards and Gulf food safety regulations before every export shipment. We work only with farms that follow responsible, sustainable agricultural practices across Punjab, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh.
No Artificial Additives
Our rice is 100% natural no artificial whitening agents, no polishing chemicals, no added fragrance or flavour enhancers of any kind. What leaves our facility is pure Indian rice, exactly as nature intended, packed and shipped fresh for the Gulf market.
Certified at Every Stage
Our processing facility holds FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications and all export shipments comply with UAE ESMA, Saudi SASO, and Gulf GSO food import standards. Halal certification is available on request for all rice varieties and private label orders.
No Forced Processing
Jannah rice is naturally aged, sun-dried, and processed without chemical accelerants or artificial ageing methods. Our Basmati rice undergoes traditional ageing to develop its signature aroma and texture the way it has always been done, and the way GCC buyers have come to trust.

OUR JOURNEY
From Humble Beginnings to Advanced Rice Processing
1
Early Years - Establishing Our Roots in Indian Rice Trade
Jannah Rice was founded with a single purpose to bring the finest Indian Basmati and Non-Basmati rice directly from the farms of Punjab, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh to the Gulf market. In our early years, we built direct relationships with trusted rice farmers and local mills, laying the foundation of a supply chain built on quality, honesty, and fair trade. Our first export consignments of premium Basmati rice reached UAE and Saudi Arabia, marking the beginning of a Gulf trade partnership we continue to grow today.
2
Expanding Capabilities - Scaling Rice Export Across the GCC
As demand from Gulf importers, distributors, and supermarket chains grew, we invested in better milling technology, expanded cold storage facilities, and strengthened our quality control processes. This phase marked our transition from a small-scale rice supplier to a structured export operation capable of fulfilling bulk FCL shipments to Jebel Ali, Dammam, Doha, Muscat, and Shuwaikh ports consistently and on time. We expanded our rice range beyond Basmati to include Sona Masoori, IR64, and Broken Rice varieties, meeting the full spectrum of GCC wholesale buyer requirements.
3
Advanced Milling & Quality Control - Certified for the Gulf Market
Today, Jannah operates a fully certified rice processing facility equipped with modern sortex machines, automated grading lines, and hygienic packaging units built to international food safety standards. Our facility holds FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications and every export batch is tested for moisture content, grain length, pesticide residue, and purity before shipment. All rice exported to the GCC complies with UAE ESMA, Saudi SASO, and GSO food import regulations, with full documentation including phytosanitary certificates, certificate of analysis, and halal certification provided on every order.
